Our company’s products may take up to 7 days to produce for you.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s made.
Both are crafted with you in mind but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 7 DAYS to be created for you.

We ship all International products through USPS or UPS.
Unique Vinyl Designs, llc is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
* We charge a flat shipping rate based on US, Canada, or All Other Countries to be fair to all customers.
* Shipping is based on the largest item in your cart – Not on each item.
* We offer free shipping for orders over $35 NATIONALLY and $50 INTERNATIONALLY
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7 DAYS to be crafted.
Items may be returned within 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit your request through our Contact page to start your return or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective, in which case, we will be happy to replace the damaged item.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Items that have been used
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back until a Return Authorization has been granted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, and it has been several business days since your refund was approved, please check the following as applicable.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged if damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We know how frustrating it is to receive an item either damaged or realize it won’t work for what you wanted. With this in mind we will pay for the shipping charges for you to return your item. When you receive your Return Authorization we will include a Return Shipping Label for you send the item back. Please use the envelope that the item was shipped in. Remove the old shipping labels and re-tape it closed. Thank you for your understanding and we hope that we can make things right.
